Video sessions are delivered via a user-friendly, HIPAA compliant platform, providing you with a secure, accessible, and convenient option to receive mental health care during this time.

This practice provides clients with access to a customized meditation library. Here you’ll find pre-recorded meditations from your clinician to help you deepen your mindfulness practice.

I offer a no-fee consultation session for us to get to know each other and see if we would be a good fit. Please submit a request through the Contact Us page or send an email to: Rebecca@RebeccaGreeneTherapy.com for more information.

There is a standard fee for each 45-minute session, however this practice provides a limited number of reduced fee spots for those in need.

As an out-of-network provider, I do not accept insurance directly, however your insurance provider may cover some or even all session costs. I am able to provide you with the necessary paperwork to submit to your insurance company in the event that they offer out-of-network benefits.

As a client of this practice, you will have access to a the Client Portal, where you can listen to customized meditations and download journaling prompts.
